NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is looking for an experienced Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the Registered Fostering Manager, you'll have the chance to lead and cultivate a team, making a tangible impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people. This is a great opportunity to come into a service and help implement positive change and improve Ofsted standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of medium-size service in Birmingham
  • Responsible for identifying, nurturing, and supporting social work managers within the agency.
  • Ensuring the agency and its employees maintain the highest standards of care, including responsibility for the overall Ofsted rating.
  • Management and implementation of policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience in upper-level management, preferably as a Registered Fostering Manager or in a similar role.
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Driver's license.
  • A deep commitment to supporting foster carers and families in providing the best possible support.
