The Housing Association in the West Midlands is seeking a Repairs & Voids Supervisor to start immediately.
The role involves managing an in-house trades team and includes responsibilities such as providing technical support, conducting inspections, and managing vehicles.
Candidates should have proven experience in managing a DLO team and possess building management experience within social housing or construction sectors.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 per year and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for a Repairs & Voids Supervisor to start immediately with a Housing Association in the West Midlands. The Repairs & Voids Supervisor will be responsible for managing an in house trades team. This role comes with a Van.

Repairs & Voids Supervisor duties:

To deliver Technical Support and line management of the day to day repairs and voids team
Effectively contribute to continuous improvement in service provision and delivery
Carry out pre and post void inspections to include carry out detailed specification of works
To carry out and produce risk assessments
Ensure effective management of vehicles, arranging repairs, servicing, MOTs facilitating payments

Skills required for the Repairs & Voids Supervisor:

Proven experience of the management of in house DLO team
Building management experience within a social housing, construction or property sector
Effective diary management and ability to work to deadlines
