Description

  • Supporting the analysis and implementation of pay and benefits structures.
  • Conducting bench marking, data modelling, and reporting to provide insights that drive decision-making.
  • Assisting with annual salary reviews, pay frameworks, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reward policies align with business objectives.
  • Supporting the development of reward reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Profile

  • Experience in reward, HR analytics, or compensation & benefits.
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills (PowerBI experience is a plus).
  • Ability to interpret and present data clearly to key stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
