Description
- Supporting the analysis and implementation of pay and benefits structures.
- Conducting bench marking, data modelling, and reporting to provide insights that drive decision-making.
- Assisting with annual salary reviews, pay frameworks, and benefits administration.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reward policies align with business objectives.
- Supporting the development of reward reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Profile
- Experience in reward, HR analytics, or compensation & benefits.
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills (PowerBI experience is a plus).
- Ability to interpret and present data clearly to key stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
