We are currently seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join the dynamic team of our prestigious client in the heart of Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Follow up on quotations to drive sales and generate further business growth.
  • Process sales enquiries and orders with efficiency and precision.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
