Role: Scheduler

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00 with 1 hour lunch)

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our field technicians, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling inquiries and updates.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of service appointments, technician availability, and client information.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling, dispatching, or coordination role, preferably within a service-related industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
