Role Overview:
As the School Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of school premises. Your role is vital in ensuring that the school environment is safe, secure, and conducive to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of school buildings and grounds.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
Manage health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors for repair and maintenance work.
Assist with set-up and breakdown of facilities for school events and activities.
Ensure security of the premises, including monitoring access points and alarm systems.
Maintain records of maintenance and repairs, including incident reports.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a facilities management or site supervisor role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
