Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Tutor to work in Sutton Coldfield.

Job Description and Specifiaction.
- Tutoring takes place in a family home, library or Care Home.
- Tutors work with children with a range of SEN needs including ASD, ADHD, ODD and Speech and Language needs and more.
- Tutors work autonomously to plan and deliver lessons.
- Tutors are required to create a Personalised Learning Plan for each student including SMART targets and must upload weekly reports showing what has taken place in lessons and how the young person has responded.
- Tutors must possess a creative and versatile teaching style.
- Smart Education desire a Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE), Subject Specialism or extensive tuition experience supporting with English, Maths and/or Science
- Tutors must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to acquire one
