** *This is a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible. because the position is working in the Education sector the client will require someone with an enhanced DBS. Although there is no guarantee this opportunity could lead to something more long-term. ***

As a Senior HR Administrator your duties will involve:

You will oversee a team team of 4, supporting them on a daily basis.The Senior HR Administrator will have experience with an understanding of payroll processes and compliance administration as you will be dealing with contracts and onboarding administration.With a number of deadlines to achieve, you will provide support with onboarding DBS checks and ensuring the SCR is correct and up to date.The position will also eventually involve overseeing and liaising with Department Managers regarding Compliance.Overseeing and chasing references, inputting them onto the system.You will also liaising with department managers and input job adverts onto a variety of job boards.You will ideally need to be available immediately as this is an urgent temporary requirement.
