We Are Refyne are exclusively partnered with a Luxury Fragrance Distributor based in the Midlands, who are seeking a HR Manger to join their thriving and expanding business.  

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including staff training and development, compliance, employee relations and recruitment.

You will work closely with the Managing Director to maintain a positive work environment by aligning HR strategies with business goals, having a direct impact to drive effective change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage internal recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate and carry out onboarding programmes for new employees.
  • Managing employee grievances and concerns, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
  • Conduct investigations and handle disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and employment law.
  • Implement and maintain performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
  • Assist in addressing performance issues by conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Delivering effective training programmes to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Ensuring the business is compliant with all employment regulations.
  • Developing and communicating HR policies and procedures in accordance with legislation.
  • Recording accurate documentation of all HR activities and compliance audits, reporting these to the Director.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • At least 2 years in a HR Management role.
