We are currently looking for a Motor Fraud Investigator and a Senior Motor Fraud Investigator, to join an established team, working remotely.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough desktop investigations and completing Investigative Telephone Interviews with precision.  You will demonstrate strong technical competency and effective record-keeping skills, ensuring that all tasks are completed within service level agreements.  A proactive approach to enhancing customer service quality is essential, alongside the ability to respond reactively to daily workloads as dictated by client requirements.     You will be investigating loss and damage claims in detail, validating policy coverage, and providing guidance to policyholders regarding indemnity, legal liability, and claims quantum. Maintaining accurate electronic and paper files in line with company policies is crucial, as is the ability to provide regular updates to technicians, insurers and various third-parties. 

To be considered, you will have proven experience of being a Motor Fraud Handler/Investigator.  You will be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude towards problem-solving, with a strong focus on quality and delivering value-added services. You will be comfortable coordinating multiple actions concurrently, effectively working both independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to continuous self-improvement and responsiveness to feedback.

In return, you'll receive a basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.  These opportunities are remote roles, so you can reside anywhere within the U.K.
