Skilled Labourer required for West Midlands area, £26-28k (40 hours PW) Van provided Holiday Pension Are you a Skilled Labourer fed up of working via agency and on a temp basis and looking to find full time employed work with a vehicle to travel from site to site. This role is NOT construction sites, this role will be working across a portfolio of commercial properties and student accommodation throughout Birmingham, up as far as Stoke and around the west Midlands. As Skilled labourer you will require a CSCS card, full driving licence and previous experience of labouring and assisting trades people with duties. You will be required to attend various sites on day to day basis, van and tools supplied (Personal use option) duties will be anything from assisting trades people with duties, mixing mortar, laying slabs and dealing with grounds maintenance. Some internal works will also be done, this could be patch plastering, basic repairs to tiles, wood work etc… Ideally you will be a Labourer that has previous experience of Wet Trades such as basic brick laying, mixing mortar, laying slabs, patch work to blown render. As well as the above a good attitude to work and ability to muck in when required, for the right person extra training can be provided to upskill.
