Joining the construction sales team , our Telesales executive will be responsible for lead generation, hitting the phones and cold calling companies to start the sales pitch to ensure you hit and exceed company sales targets.Building and maintaining strong relationships is key throughout the construction Industry to growing your portfolio alongside providing follow up calls and emails to maximise opportunities and provide market intel to stand out from the competition. You need to come from a telesales, cold-calling or recruitment background coupled with a self-motivated and driven outlook , where “No” doesn’t faze you but drives you to make more calls.
