In this role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets, building key customer relationships, and maximising profitable sales. This includes responsibilities such as training, performance analysis, developing strategies, promoting products, monitoring the market, and managing budgets.
This role would suit a seasoned Sales Manager with a proven track record in building key relationships and leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within the LPG, LNG, or wider gas industries.

The Role:
- Lead and motivate sales team drive team performance to achieve targets

The Person:
- Proven background as a Sales Manager, managing a team of sales professionals
- Experience within the Gas, LPG or LNG industries
- Competent in MS Office packages
- Flexible to frequently travel nationwide for client visits
