Scrub Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
Join an industry-leading private surgical clinic highly ranked for cosmetic and skin surgery. We're seeking a skilled Scrub Nurse or ODP for their Central Birmingham clinic. This is a permanent, full-time role offering structured hours and excellent work-life balance.
Key Details:
- Location: Birmingham
- Contract: Full-time, permanent (40 hours/week) Could potentially consider Part-time, 32hrs p/week
- Salary: From £40,000, based on experience
- Shift Pattern: 9am to 6pm; Monday-Friday (Saturday shifts, max twice/month in lieu of a weekday)
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgical procedures, including:
- VASER Liposuction
- Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
- Minor Skin Surgery (e.g., mole and cyst removal)
- Pre-assess patients for surgery
- Manage surgical supplies and stock readiness
- Support CQC compliance and clinical frameworks (training provided)
Candidate Requirements:
- NMC or HCPC registration
- Scrub experience, ideally in cosmetic or private healthcare
