The provision has capacity for over 50 young people with complex needs (SEN, SEMH, PMLD). As Headteacher, your leadership will empower young people to thrive, equipping them with skills and confidence to reach their full potential.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a clear vision and strategic direction for the school, setting a strong foundation for high standards of education, care and student outcomes.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering an inclusive, nurturing and high-achieving environment – Deliver CPD to staff to ensure best practice in teaching are maintained and improved
  • Oversee the design and implementation of an inclusive curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all students.
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders and organisations to maximise opportunities for young people with additional needs.
Requirements:
  • Over two years’ experience as a senior leader in a Specialist Provision
  • Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent)
