Salary: up to 80k (DOE)

We, at Simpson Judge are currently working with a well recognised Legal 500 who are looking to bring in a talented Employment Solicitor to join their award winning Education and Charities team. The team is deeply engaged in the Education sector, providing support to over 400 educational institutions and advising significant organisations on relevant employment matters.

The Role:

  • Provide guidance on a variety of employment law matters relevant to the education sector.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and educational institutions to deliver practical legal counsel.
  • Enhance and maintain knowledge of employment law issues specific to the education sector, working together with team members to share insights.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for work referrals within the firm and actively engage in business development initiatives.


You:

  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adeptly manage client relationships
  • Excellent skills in drafting legal documents
  • Demonstrated capability in teamwork and relationship building
  • A solid commercial mindset and a genuine passion for the education sector
  • Ambition, organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail
