To provide support and advice to the business with regards to Construction Health and Safety to include:
- Control of Contractors for planned and corrective maintenance for internal stakeholders, third party Concessions and Tenants.
- Development projects
- Commercial Projects
- Support the Health, Safety and Fire team with the following:
o Control of Contractors process
- Stakeholder engagement
- Contractor engagement
- Compliance with BAL Health Safety and Fire policies and procedures
o Liaise with Principal Designers where required to support Construction projects.
o CDM site audits
o Quarterly Contractor collaboration meetings
