We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join this dynamic team. You'll need to have hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-volume operations within the fast-food industry.

The ideal candidate for General Manager:

Confident in stock management budgeting and P&L control.
Committed to training and developing a team
Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and an outstanding guest experience.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
line operations experience: demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced manager of a QSR or casual dining concept.
Be a real foodie and show a genuine passion and understanding of the Birmingham food scene.
Be obsessed with outstanding service & be able to recruit the right people & deliver this through your team.
Inspire and motivate the team, keeping them engaged and energised.
Have the energy & enthusiasm to grow the brand & grow your career.
