My client. A leader in the recreational and fitness industry, who offer a dynamic environment that cater to a wide range of participants, are searching for a General Manager. The facility is designed to provide both physical challenges and enjoyable experiences for visitors of all levels. They are currently seeking someone skilled and experienced to oversee the day-to-day operations and drive the success of the facility.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, support staff, and senior management.
  • Passion and driven to spearhead new business initiatives, exceed sales and revenue goals, and maintain a high standard of guest experience and retention.
