What you need:
- To be, energetic, resilient, and decisive, with sound judgment in leadership roles.
- Experience in a General Manager position in the leisure/hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, support staff, and senior management.
- Passion and driven to spearhead new business initiatives, exceed sales and revenue goals, and maintain a high standard of guest experience and retention.
