Key Responsibilities:Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
Provide assistance to students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
Prepare learning materials and resources.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
A positive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
