About Us:
We are a supportive and inclusive primary school committed to helping all students thrive. We are currently looking for dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our students.
Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant in our primary school, you will be working closely with our teaching staff to provide support to students across the curriculum. You will help deliver tailored learning experiences, assist with classroom management, and ensure that all students receive the individual attention they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities.

Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.

Help to monitor and track student progress.

Support students with additional learning needs, including SEN (Special Educational Needs).

Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for all students.

Assist with the assessment and feedback process where required.
Level 2 Teaching Assistant Requirements:

Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

A good understanding of child development and learning needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Requirements:

Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Proven experience supporting children in a school environment.
-
Strong understanding of SEN and strategies for inclusive learning.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
