Winner Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Global Leading Service provider who focus on hard services within the Facilities management sector across Commercial, Educational and Retail Properties.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to oversee both mechanical and electrical works. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, compliance checks, and small projects while also managing a team of engineers.

Duties:

• As a M&E Supervisor you wil split your time between hands-on maintenance and supervisory duties.
• As an M&E Estimator you will have a split of 50% performing planned and reactive maintenance across multiple different assets including Power, Emergency lighting, AHU, HVAC, and other assets across multiple sites such as Schools, Offices and retail
• You will manage and motivate a team of 5 skilled engineers to deliver excellent service, providing technical advice and supporting them with any planned or reactive maintenance
• As a M&E supervisor you will oversee PPM schedules and reactive maintenance tasks
• You will be responsible for supporting the compliance and health and safety regulations and industry standards across the contracts
• You will Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and method statements.

Candidate:

• As a M&E Supervisor you must hold a qualification with Electrical Installations e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ
• It would be desirable if you have previously worked in a similar position e.g. supervisor or lead engineer

• As a supervisor you must have great knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance
