Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Classroom Support Specialist - SN25

My client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their innovative and growing team in a vibrant, inclusive school. This role is available on a permanent basis with a working pattern of 8:30-12, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-quality 1:1 and group learning support for EYFS and KS1 students.
- Support a child with additional needs three mornings a week, focusing on developmental progress and inclusion.
- Facilitate valuable learning interactions during play, both indoors and outdoors.
- Contribute to continuous provision in the classroom, supporting creative, child-led learning.
- Collaborate with staff to implement inclusive practices and create a nurturing environment.

- Experienced in working with children with autism/SEND, with relevant training preferred.
