We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team based in The Harborne Hospital, part of the World’s largest private healthcare group; providing award winning primary, acute and complex care. From managing a team, producing weekly rotas to cleaning private rooms and the public areas everyone enjoys, your team will play a big part in helping us make our hospital warm and welcoming. We’ll look to you to uphold our high standards by ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors and patients.

What you’ll do:

  • have experience supervising housekeeping teams within a similar environment.
  • be great with people, able to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
  • have a clear understanding of the importance of legislation and regulations – including hygiene, health and safety, uniform and others.
  • be completely focused on customer service, with a can-do attitude.
  • be comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • ensure the Infection control protocol and H&S policies are follow by staff.
