This role is key in ensuring a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, providing first-line support and efficient delivery of people services.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developing a workplace where employees can achieve their potential.
  • Support in creating a diverse and inclusive organization where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
  • Ensure the organization's values and culture align with strategic objectives and employee contributions toward the vision.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to support a high-quality and inclusive employee experience while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide first-line administrative support for people services across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Utilize HR systems and processes to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain efficient delivery of services aligned with good practice standards.
