My client is looking for a Head of HR Operations who can lead on delivering the people plan - with an operational focus. - Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 - Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week - Closing Date: 12th December This opportunity as a Head of HR Operations with an education-focused organisation is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to make a strategic impact. Here's a summary of the key aspects: - Responsibilities: o Oversee HR team operations and provide strategic leadership. o Support delivery of the People Plan, with a focus on strategy execution and priority alignment. o Coach and train leaders on people management and policy implications. o Monitor and report on strategy, CPD plans, succession tools, and HR analytics. o Advise on organizational change, workforce remodelling, and restructuring. o Contribute to recruitment, retention, succession planning, and talent management strategies. o Handle HR aspects of due diligence for new teams joining the Trust, including TUPE consultations. o Maintain strong relationships with Unions and professional associations. Candidate Requirements o Senior HR experience, ideally within the education sector. o Experience with organizational change and TUPE processes. o Knowledge of employment law, statutory requirements, and School Teachers' Pay and Conditions. o Familiarity with working alongside Trade Unions. o Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification. o Proven ability to advise senior leadership teams and manage workforce changes effectively.
