Due to an internal promotion my client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team.

Up to £50k + Car or Car Allowance

Looking after 5 different sites in the West Midlands, with occasional travel to the London site.

Role will be site based.

As HR Manager you will work closely with key stakeholders across the sites, providing full generalist support and guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, coaching and developing management capability, developing policies and procedures and focusing on developing a positive company culture.

As an experienced HR Manager you will enjoy working across multi-sites, in a pacey environment and building strong stakeholders relationships.
