My client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a growing SME business located in Birmingham.
The position offers a salary of up to £75k plus benefits and requires 5 years of relevant experience.
As the HR Manager, you will shape the people strategy and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering solutions in talent, development, engagement, and recruitment, as well as supporting acquisitions and organizational design.

Due to growth my client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join this successful SME business.

Birmingham office location - 1-2 times per week, with travel to other sites monthly.

As the newly appointed, stand alone, HR Manager you will have an opportunity to shape and define the people strategy for the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business you will design and deliver people solutions across talent, development, engagement, and recruitment. The role will also support acquisitions and subsequent integration's and organisational design work.

As an experienced HR Manager you will have experience across the breadth of a full HR generalist remit, as well as experience of acquisitions and integration.
