An opportunity has arisen to join a successful SME professional services organisation as HR Manager.
The salary for this position is up to £70k plus benefits.
The role requires 2 days per week on-site in Birmingham, with occasional travel to other national sites.
Candidates should have experience partnering with senior stakeholders and a background in both strategic and operational HR functions.
The position involves developing and mentoring an HR Advisor and supporting engagement initiatives, reward and recognition, and performance.

Salary up to £70k + Benefits.

2 Days per week on site in Birmingham. Occasional travel to other National sites.

Reporting into the HR Director you will partner with Senior stakeholders across the offices understanding how the People strategy can support the broader business objectives. Alongside the development and mentoring of your direct report, the HR Advisor, you will proactively support Engagement initiatives, reward and recognition, and performance.

Working with a diverse employee base you will have experience partnering Senior stakeholders, and enjoy both strategic and operational elements of the role. You will enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative HR function that is well-regarded within the organisation.
