Are you ready to shape and elevate the HR function within a growing, forward-thinking professional services firm?  We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to really build something special.Our client really does have a strong sense of community and a commitment to doing things differently. With 110 employees (and counting!), they are expanding, evolving, and looking for an HR Manager who can bring fresh ideas, structure, and a proactive HR approach to their team.This is not a super-corporate, suit-and-tie kind of place. They believe in a balance of professionalism and personality, and with offices in Leamington Spa, Coventry, and soon Birmingham, the environment really reflects their culture. Their teams enjoy a great working culture, competitive benefits, and a strong focus on engagement and wellbeing.  We are looking for somebody who is passionate about people and happy to spend your time across both their Leamington Spa office and Coventry office.  The RoleYou’ll be the driving force behind the people strategy, moving from more of a reactive approach to a proactive, structured, and engaging HR function. Some key focuses will include:
  • Employee Relations: Being a trusted advisor for all HR matters, building strong relationships with managers and supporting them in driving high performing teams.
  • Policy & Process Overhaul: The policies, procedures, and employee handbook need a fresh look to match the evolving business.
  • HR Analytics: Building a meaningful HR Dashboard that can be reported on at board meetings.
  • Absence Management
  • Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Developing talent pools, employer branding, and smarter hiring strategies whilst also owning any ongoing recruitment.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Supporting and growing wellbeing initiatives, recognition schemes, and the engagement strategy.
This is a stand alone role - so if this is of interest, you will be responsible for all of the administration that comes with the employee life-cycle so must be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.  About YouWe’re looking for an experienced HR professional who is:
