- Apply HR best practices to support the business and find effective people solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Empower and guide managers in handling employee issues, advising on employment terms, and offering best practice solutions.
- Oversee the performance appraisal and development process, ensuring alignment with business goals, high performance, and succession planning.
- Manage complex employee relations issues such as performance, discipline, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date advice on employment law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and HR practices.
- Support the recruitment process, employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance reviews, exits), and all leave-related matters, while ensuring data privacy and compliance with policies.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and staff across all levels in diverse settings.
- Familiar with environments with varied contracts, working patterns, and employment terms.
- Background in customer-facing sectors such as arts, hospitality, or events.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating high resilience and self-confidence.
- Strong understanding of inclusivity, diversity, and accessibility with a commitment to supporting others.
