Because this position is based in the Education sector you will need to either have a current Enhanced DBS or open to having one processed.

  • As an experienced HR Manager your duties will involve overseeing the onboarding process and making necessary adjustments.
  • Reviewing the Recruitment process and ensuring that the necessary deadlines are met.
  • Implementing and reviewing HR policies and processes.
  • Supporting and coaching the People Services Team Leader.
  • The College is implementing a new HRIS implemented so you will support the team with ensuring all information is up to date and ready for the launch of the system.
  • The HR Manager will also be involved in other operational activities where required.
  • You will need to at least have a Level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification.
