My client is an international Law firm looking to recruit an HR Operations Team Leader. This role will initially be a 12-month fixed term contract and be Hybrid and Birmingham based.

This is an ideal role for an experienced HR team leader (This role will manage 4) has xposure to HR and compliance and enjoys managing a team to deliver high levels of service to clients. You will be managing HR onboarding processes to ensure high levels of efficiency. The role is very much client delivery focused and forms the heart of the team and will have an international remit.

The role will oversee the performance of the team and delegate and monitor the team’s workload. You will also provide coaching and development experience. This team are responsible for HR compliance checks, international visa requirements, contracts, terms and conditions etc so experience of managing a transactional process but was keen on providing a added value of service excellence would be ideal.

Applicants will have:

  • Professional services experience - ideally legal or finance
  • Experience of managing a team - exposure to a Shared service environment would be helpful
  • Strong people management skills on the coaching and development side but able to performance manage to ensure high levels of service delivery.
