Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with an organisation to hire a HR Reporting Manager into their team. Based in the Birmingham office this role leads a small team producing people data insights and reporting from data captured in the HR system (Oracle). The role will act as part of the wider HR team and will partner with stakeholders across the business and the HR teams.
The role
The HR Reporting Manager will develop and manage complex reports and dashboards using ORACLE and produce timely and meaningful management and reports to capture trends for the HR / people function. You will be responsible for all data / HR reporting for the HR teams and suggest solutions and options for reports and dashboards for the division. In this role you will drive understanding on standards of data integrity and ownership.
What are we looking for?
In this role, you must demonstrate a proven history in HR reporting / HR data and have the experience to develop, map, analyse and design people analytics to ensure data modelling is fully captured. You will have the ability to work with and without systems to consolidate data. Aside from being the subject matter expert, you will be managing a team and have prior experience of leading a function. In this role, the successful candidate will have experience with HR Systems and have knowledge of PowerBI and data concepts.
