Job Title: HR Team Leader

Position: Full time

Rate: £16 - £18 per hour including holiday pay

The successful HR Team Leader will have experience in the following;

  • Leading and Supervising the HR Team: Overseeing the daily operations of the HR team, providing guidance, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently
  • HR Administrative Tasks: Taking ownership of various administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Overseeing the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates, and ensuring new hires are onboarded smoothly
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Policy Implementation: Ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with legal standards and are effectively communicated to all employees
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments and senior management to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Experience of working in a similar role in a fast paced environment
  • Hold a CIPD Level 5 or above or working towards one
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Hold a DBS on the update service or willing to process a new one
