Interim Employee Relations Manager, 3-6 months - Leading Charity - Birmingham with hybrid working - £21.98 per hourWorking closely with the Head of People Partnering you will be responsible for providing expert Employee Relations support and oversight across complex case management. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Ensuring consistency in ER advice and process by developing clear casework guidance, templates, and process maps.
  • Taking the lead on key and high-risk ER cases and offering backfill support when needed.
  • Supporting the development of high-quality HR data and reporting
  • Reviewing and improving key family-friendly policies and processes (e.g., maternity, paternity, neonatal), working collaboratively with the Payroll team.
  • Contributing to organisation-wide projects, including job evaluation and benchmarking

You should be an experienced HR professional with a strong employee relations skill set. An excellent knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with a track record managing complex cases and improving policies. Good stakeholder management skills need to be combined with an ability to work on HR projects.
