PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful global organisation based in Central Birmingham with the appointment of an Interim HR Policy Project position.

This role offers hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 home per week

Description

This temporary assignment will work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partner to support with a project to update the company handbook and rewrite various HR Policies to ensure they are fit for purpose

You will support with the following duties:

  • Identify HR Policies that require updates
  • Rewrite HR Policies to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Partner with various stakeholders on HR Policy updates
  • Work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partner to ensure this project is delivered to required deadlines

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will be available to start at short notice.

You will have previous experience of updating HR policies/handbooks etc.

You will also have the ability to partner with various stakeholders within a large organisation.
