We have a very exciting position for a HR Manager to join a well-respected creative business based in Birmingham City Centre! This position is hybrid with 4 days in and 1 day from home, lovely benefits and up to 65k a year dependant on experience.
Supporting both the Birmingham and London office, you would be a trusted advisor to provide operational and strategic expertise within the organisation.
The key duties for this role would include:
- Being responsible for all people related matters and procedures within the company.Â
- Managing the execution of the strategy of the business
- Responsibility of talent recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance and talent management
- Provide professional leadership, support and development to the team
- Implement and develop initiatives to cultivate a positive organisational culture
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
- Champion the company’s wellbeing programme
- Be a key advisor in the Senior Management and Diversity and Inclusion
- Ensure the companies complies with current regulation, policy and procedures
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation
For this role you would need to have solid experience working at a senior HR manager level within professional services, and CIPD qualification is preferred.
