Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Manage the annual salary review and bonus process.
- Develop and maintain a job grading structure to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits practices.
- Work closely with the HR team and business leaders to implement reward initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in all reward practices.
- Manage reward-related communication and education to employees.

- Experience in a Reward role in a large business.
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex analytical data
