Position Summary: HR Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team and lead our HR initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring adherence to policies and laws, and providing support to both staff and management. This is a hands-on position that demands exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to contract management and offboarding.

  • Track and manage employee attendance, timekeeping, and sick leave records.

  • Address employee grievances and conduct disciplinary actions, along with performance evaluations.

  • Advise managers on HR-related issues, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and best practices.

  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records with a focus on accuracy.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, advertising positions, and coordinating interviews.

  • Manage employee benefits and ensure payroll information is processed accurately and on time.

  • Contribute to training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in an HR role, particularly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive issues discreetly.

  • High level of organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • A proactive, independent approach with a focus on finding solutions.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is preferred but not mandatory.
