Are you a passionate and proactive HR professional with a strong foundation in HR advisory? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team in Birmingham on a 6-month fixed-term contract.


About the Role:
In this key role, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance, supporting managers and employees across a range of HR matters. This includes employee relations, policy implementation, and recruitment support. You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of a positive and effective HR service during this critical period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Support recruitment processes, including on-boarding and induction.
  • Assist in the implementation and updating of HR policies.
  • Contribute to the development of HR projects and initiatives.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring:
