The Role

Work closely with the Human Resources Director & Human Resources Manager in the development and execution of strategic workforce plans in partnership with business leaders.

Efficiently administer HR Polices, procedures and standards in line with employment law.

Use people analytics to help facilitate action planning and to make informed talent & people management decisions to enable organisational effectiveness and success.

Works with employees, managers and trade union representatives to counsel, investigate and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner.

Support talent acquisition processes; actively involved in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Complete monthly and annual HR Metrics reports.

Develop and implement external engagement calendar with focus being given to volunteering, educational partnerships and brand awareness.

Partner with and lead cross-functional teams on local employee engagement projects.

The Person   

Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, logistics, distribution, etc)

Collaborator with ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion with proven track record of, establishing and maintaining a good working relationship.

Self-directed, flexible, and able to manage multiple competing priorities.

Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment.

Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

CIPD Qualified.
