The Regional HR Business Partner role is based in Birmingham with a salary of up to £55,000 plus company car allowance.
This position requires experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and a background in HR generalist functions.
Candidates should ideally have experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing, or Construction sectors.
The role involves hybrid working, with three days on-site including travel to other national sites and two days working from home.

Regional HR Business Partner Role - growing organisation - up to £55k + CA

Birmingham base. Operational, multi-sited organisation.

Hybrid Working - 3 Days on-site ( this will include travel to other sites nationally, as well as Birmingham - managing your own diary) 2 days WFH

Reporting into the HR Director, as Regional HR Business Partner you will work with MD's and Regional Directors to understand business objectives and how this role can support from a people perspective. This includes Succession Planning, talent management, organisational design as well engagement, diversity and inclusion, and more complex ER.

As a HR Business Partner you will be experienced in partnering with Senior Stakeholders, working across the full breadth of the HR generalist remit. You will have ideally worked within Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction sectors.
