Description

  • Participate in job analysis and job evaluation exercises
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in the development of role profiles
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents
  • Support the HR team in any other tasks as required
  • Participate in HR projects as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Profile

A successful Job Analyst should have:

  • The ideal candidate should have NJC experience
  • Previous experience using Gauge system is desirable
  • Would consider candidates that are trained in Hays or WTW or Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology
  • Proven knowledge of HR practices and principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
