HR Business Partner

Salary:£40,000 - £45,000 plus car

You’ll be a HR Business Partner who makes a difference, because you won’t spend all your time firefighting - in fact the operational and transactional part of this role won’t take up too much of your time, at all.
As the HR Business Partner you will report directintoa HR Director and a senior Business Director - this means you will be both deeply embedded into the business strategy of the company and contributing directly to the HR strategy.

Your key focus will be - talent management; succession planning; implementing strategic initiatives; work collaboratively with your HR colleagues; performance management; coach line managers; shape and deliver HR Strategy;
You will have worked in a commercial environment, ideally supported a Supply Chain function and be a strong influencer, commercial, and robust in challenging. As an experienced HR professionalwith around 5 - 7 years' experience in HR you will be able to show you have partnered with stakeholders and built relationships.
