SF Recruitment are working with an amazing business based in Birmingham City Centre who are looking for an experienced HR Director who will lead on all aspects of HR. This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy. Key areas will include D&I, learning and development and wellbeing initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive, inclusive and high performing workplace culture.

Salary: £54,000

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with The Rep's mission and values.
Lead on recruitment, ensuring inclusive and accessible hiring practices.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
Oversee employee relations, providing expert advice and guidance.
Drive learning and development initiatives to support staff growth.
Ensure compliance with employment law and best HR practices.
Lead on well-being and engagement initiatives for staff and freelancers.
Support leadership and line managers in building high-performing teams.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an HR leadership role, ideally within the culture, hospitality or charity sector.
Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and diversity & inclusion principles.
Excellent people skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.
Experience in leading recruitment, employee engagement, and organisational development.
Ability to develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures.
Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.
