The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 5 with experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Site based roleDuration: 12 months fixed term contract Suitable for: HR Advisor, HR Officer, HR Generalist, Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Generalist The Role Reporting into the Plant HR Manager, you will have the following duties: -Generalist day to day HR support.-Ensure visibility across the site developing relationships with all Line Managers. -Support in training, team development and planning. -Monitor key performance indicators against agreed standards. -Carry out disciplinary and grievance activities. The PersonEducated to CIPD level 5 or educated to degree level you with have the following experience: -Experience working in manufacturing (Preferably automotive) as a HR Generalist.-Excellent organizational and communication skills. -Empathic and active listener. -Proficient in Microsoft Officer and HR information systems.
