This is a great opportunity for someone with full employee lifecycle experience to join a great HR team and make a real impact to the employee experience. My client is looking for a forward thinking, proactive and agile HR Operations Specialist who is focussed on delivering an excellent services to the business, and acting as a conduit between offshored shared services, the business partnering team and the wider business.

  • Experience answering and responding on complex queries and cases from the business. This can range from complex family leave calculations (maternity, paternity, etc), flexible working requests, claw back on sponsorship training provisions & bonus payments or probation matters.
  • Working closely with shared services and acting as a point of escalation.
  • Providing Workday support to managers on self-service utilisation and conducting Workday audits.
  • Utilising your excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and relationship building skills to make an impact.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fast paced, growing business. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong HR operations experience, experience in a broad operations role within a global business, and experience using Workday would be a huge advantage. You are passionate about delivering an excellent service, you are solutions orientated, have excellent attention to detail and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
