Rewards Analyst

Salary: Up to £48,000

Birmingham, Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an innovative, global law firm as a HR analyst, this will be based in Birmingham City Centre, on a 6 month FTC. If you have previous experience in a similar role, with a capability to produce HR reports but also confidently present the data, this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a very hybrid role, working 3 days in office with a salary of up to 48k and some excellent benefits!

You will primarily be responsible for running and producing all relevant HR reports, analysing this data and reporting it back. The responsibilities of this role are to review the pay review process, gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting, identifying data discrepancies, providing pay modelling, managing data entry into the HR systems, whilst working closely with the HR teams to resolve any issues that arise.

The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role previously. Experience in a legal setting is not compulsory but being a confident presenter with excellent people skills and a keen eye for detail and analytics is key. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
