SF Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a successful growing business, based i in Birmingham City Center. My client is looking for an experienced HRBP who can come in and hit the ground running and work closely with senior management across the business in a time of fast growth and improvement. We are ideally looking for someone to start within the month. This role requires a proactive approach and will be a generalist role and will play a key part in project work so experience within a fast-paced and growing business would be ideal. We are looking for an out-going and approachable HR professional who can come in and make a positive difference.

Pay rate: £21.00 -£23.00 per hour (equiv. £40,000 - £45,000 per annum)

Site based 5 days per week (08:30 - 17:00)

Day-to-day duties include; - Strategic business partnering; developing and implementing HR initiatives - Partnering with leadership to develop new strategies including talent management and succession planning - Employee relations; working with and up skilling management on ER overall. - Compliance and talent management - Change and performance management Skills/ Qualification; - CIPD qualified - 2 years experience within a similar role - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Can thrive in a fast paced and social environment - Be a proactie and strategic thinker This role is extremely varied in the day to day activities and will offer the successful candidate a fantastic amount of exposure! This is a temporary role and is fully office based in Birmingham city center - Hourly pay rate between £20.51 per hour - £24.10 per hour depending on experience.
